Automation

Turn recurring work into dependable processes.

When information is entered repeatedly or tasks get lost between tools, the process deserves a closer look. We connect systems and build automation with clear rules and defined exceptions.

When this service is a good fit

The process repeats, its trigger is identifiable and the intended result can be described. Enquiry handovers, status updates, internal notifications and recurring data transfers can be useful starting points.

What we work on together

A clear process

We map the trigger, inputs, individual steps, connected systems and responsibilities. Frequency and current difficulties help identify a sensible starting point.

A suitable integration

We review available interfaces and define field mappings and business rules. Access and permissions are agreed for the intended purpose.

A workflow ready for daily use

We plan logging, visible failures and handover to people. Retries and duplicate events are considered so that a failure does not silently trigger further actions.

How we work

  1. Describe the workflow

Together we walk through a typical case and its exceptions. We record what should happen automatically and where approval remains necessary.

  2. Start with a limited scope

We connect the required systems and test the process with appropriate test data. Failure cases matter as much as the normal path.

  3. Hand over with control

Before launch, we clarify ownership, monitoring and fallback options. Documentation and an agreed introduction make the workflow understandable.

Frequently asked questions

Which processes are suitable for automation?

A good candidate has recurring steps, available data and clear rules. Rare, constantly changing or poorly understood processes usually need simplifying first.

Do our existing systems need to be replaced?

That is not the starting point. We first review your existing tools and their interfaces. Limitations or necessary changes are discussed before implementation.

What if a connected system becomes unavailable?

The response depends on the process. We define when to retry, pause a task or flag it for manual handling. Critical actions need separate consideration.

What should I include in a project enquiry?

Describe the current workflow, the systems involved and your goal. Frequency and typical exceptions are also helpful. Credentials and samples containing personal data are not needed for the enquiry.

Enquiries

When you submit the form, your name, email, company, topic, message and consent are stored in the website database and e-mailed to LNSGRP through the form service Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com). This information is used solely to process your enquiry by LNSGRP MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES FZCO.

Technical hosting

This version runs on a Node.js server. Enquiries are stored in a SQLite database on that server. To limit abuse, the number of requests per connection address is capped; the address is counted briefly in memory and stored as an hourly rotating hash.

Language and cookies

Fonts and film files are served directly from the website; no marketing cookies are set. On the first visit to the home page the country of your connection address is determined on the server to pre-select the language; this uses a local country table, and the address is neither stored for it nor shared with third parties. Your language choice is kept in a functional cookie (lnsgrp_lang) for twelve months.

Statistics (Google Analytics)

Only with your explicit consent do we measure the use of this website with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). This sets cookies and transfers usage data including a truncated IP address to Google; processing in the USA is possible. No Google script is loaded and no cookie is set before you consent. We keep your decision for twelve months in a cookie (lnsgrp_consent); you can change it at any time with the button at the end of this notice.

Your information

Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form. Requests to access, correct or delete your data can also be submitted through the enquiry form.
